No, koappy focuses exclusively on home help. The services offered by koappers do not include medical care, which requires specific skills and training.
Our platform is dedicated to non-medical tasks, such as companionship, home maintenance, shopping, meals and administrative assistance. For medical needs, it is essential to turn to qualified healthcare professionals.
How can I cancel my package?
At koappy, we’ve designed our packages to renew automatically, guaranteeing continuity of service. But don’t worry: everything remains highly flexible!

Monthly packages (4 weeks):
You have 7 days to cancel without charge after the start of your package. If the koapper service is not to your liking, you will only be charged for the time actually worked and the balance will be refunded. -
Weekly packages (1 week):
You have 1 day to change your mind and cancel free of charge.
After this trial period, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your package at any time up to the last day of the current period.

Thanks to this system, you have a clear view of the time actually used, even for short or unforeseen tasks. For example, if the koapper takes 15 minutes to complete a small task, only those 15 minutes will be counted. -

What happens if my koapper is absent, does koappy find a replacement?
koappy is a platform that facilitates contact between users and koappers. The relationship is direct between you and your koapper, with no intermediary, so koappy doesn’t find a replacement for you.
If your koapper is absent for an unforeseen reason:
- No hours are counted: if a planned intervention does not take place, it will not be counted, as only the active hour counter triggers consumption.
- Plan a new date: in most cases, you’ll be able to arrange an alternative date directly with your koapper to make up for the procedure.
If a procedure is absolutely necessary and cannot be postponed, you must :
- Launch a new search on the application to find another available koapper.
- Adapt your package: you may opt for a weekly package, or adjust the renewal schedule according to your needs.
💡 Good to know: If all the hours in a package have not been used by the end of the period, they are automatically added to those for the following period. With koappy, nothing is lost, everything is transparent.
How can I be sure of the quality and safety of a koapper?
