Invest in the future of home support in Europe.
As our parents grow older, many live alone while we struggle to support them from afar.
koappy bridges that gap — our app allows families to find a trusted extension of themselves for non-medical home assistance.
Combining digital simplicity with genuine human care, we help seniors live safely and happily at home while giving families peace of mind.
Launched in France and Switzerland, koappy is now raising CHF 1 million to accelerate growth and scale across Europe.

The problem
Across Europe, millions of elderly people live alone while their families wish they could provide daily support.
The current system is broken: complex, fragmented, and rigid. Families face endless calls, inconsistent caregivers, and limited flexibility which is leading to stress, guilt, and loneliness for their loved ones.
For helpers, it’s no better: low pay, little freedom, and high burnout push many out of the sector.
Our Vision
To become Europe’s leading platform for non-medical home assistance — empowering millions of families and independent helpers.
We believe every family should be able to organize reliable, flexible home support for their loved ones, simply and transparently.
At koappy, technology serves human connection, bringing peace of mind for families, dignity for seniors, and fairness for helpers.
A massive market waiting for disruption
The home assistance market is not only growing, it’s transforming.
🧓 110 million seniors aged 65+ across Europe
💶 €35 billion non-medical home care market
📈 +10% annual growth expected over the next decade
Most seniors want to stay home as long as possible.
Families need flexible, digital solutions to make it happen and koappy is building the platform to serve this need across Europe.

The Solution
koappy makes it simple for families to organize reliable, non-medical home support in just a few clicks.
Through the app, families can find verified independent helpers nearby, compare profiles and reviews, chat directly, and purchase flexible hour packages to use as they wish.
Each visit is tracked in real time through geolocation, ensuring total transparency for both families and helpers.
It’s a simple, human experience where technology serves trust, bringing peace of mind for families, dignity for seniors, and fair pay for helpers.

A scalable and differentiating business model
koappy operates as a platform model, connecting families and independent helpers directly.
Every transaction goes through the app, with koappy taking a 17% commission on the purchase of hour credits.
This creates a recurring and scalable business: as families renew their hour credits week after week, revenues grow naturally over time.
No infrastructure. No salaried caregivers. Just technology, trust, and human connection: a lean model with low costs and high scalability.
Continuity
The same helper over time for stable, reassuring relationships.
Simplicity
Easy setup, clear followup and direct communication.
Flexility
Hour-based packages that adapt to every family’s evolving needs.
Safety
Verified independent helpers & trusted community with ratings, reviews.
Traction & Early Results
After launching in France and Switzerland in spring 2025, koappy is already live and operational.
The platform counts over 500 active users onboarded and first transactions successfully completed.
koappy was selected by the MIT DesignX Accelerator (Le Rosey) a strong recognition of its social impact and scalable model.
With growing press and institutional interest, the next step is clear: accelerate growth and scale across Europe.
koappy is now raising CHF 1 million in seed funding to strengthen traction in France and Switzerland and prepare for expansion into new markets.
